To develop sports coaches in the Highlands of Scotland including organising coaching courses, First (1st) Aid courses and generic workshops such as Child Protection. Grants are available to voluntary coaches to attend coach education courses, seminars and conferences.

We also run free Sports Leaders Award courses for those who would like to learn the basic skills of leadership and running fun sports activities.

Facilities:
A variety of equipment is available free of charge such as a laptop, data projector, video analysis software, video camera, digital SLR camera and even an over-head projector!
