On first impression, this bar would seem to be named after the greatest football team Inverness has ever seen - Caledonian FC. Does it do the legendary club justice? No.
The Caledonian is one of those boring chain bars populating every city centre in the land these days. The main charcteristics of which are cliched decor, the same old music and no atmosphere. The only way to sum up this place would be to say that it is to real pubs what Inverness Caley Thistle are to Caledonian FC - a bland, soulless, substitute.
